Mike was my student teacher way back. He was always going above and beyond to prepare himself for whatever needed done. I just spoke with him at the last District 6 Retired Wrestling Coaches breakfast and he invited me to his river lot. It didn’t matter where he was at, he always made it a point to find me and shoot the breeze. He never ran out of things to talk about. My deepest condolences go out to Mouse’s family. I am still shocked by the news. I am sure there will be a wrestling home waiting for him in heaven. Jeff “Buddha” Knarr

Refereed many years with Mike. An absolute joy to be around. A real tremendous guy, a good friend, a great person, will be missed by all. My deepest, heart-felt feelings go out to Mouse's entire family. May God keep you and bless each of you.
Difficult as it seems at times like these, we're best to remember the best of times with Mike. He brought a smile to each of our faces.
May God embrace Mike, and may he at peace.
God Bless you Mike "Mouse" Millward. I will greatly miss you.

So sorry to hear that Mike passed. I was fortunate enough to play softball with him several years in the Bellefonte League. I think he was on the Zimmerman home and Young American homes teams with me. His brother Ron was at well. I remember his passion for competition, but fun loving and a great time to be around. We had lost touch of each other and I don't remember the last time i saw him. So sad that life is taken from him so soon. RIP Mouse. Prayers for Ron and family.
