Harry N. Bathurst, 77, of Milesburg passed away at his residence, on Tuesday, March 9, 2021. Harry was born on December 1, 1943 in Bellefonte a son of the late Harry E. and Ann Hazel Bathurst. On January 14, 1967, he married the former Joan E. Harpster, who survives at home. Harry is also survived by his children, Fawn (Bryan) Hosterman of Bellefonte, Brian Bathurst of Howard and Jess (Dan) Park of Clarence; his grandchildren Chelsea (Jason) Kraus, Dylan Bathurst, Katelyn Bathurst, Lexie Park, and Colton Park, his great-grandchildren Gavin Kraus, Jackson Kraus and Olivia Kraus. Also surviving are his siblings, Carol (Charlie) Snook, James Bathurst, Judy (Lewis) Davidson and Steve (Brenda) Bathurst. He was preceded in death by his sisters, Mary Lou Hastings, Sandy McCloskey and Shirley Packer. In addition to his family, Harry had a very close relationship with friends Bill and Dot Eminhizer.
Harry worked at BeeLine Alignment on the Benner Pike for many years until he opened the family business Harry's Alignment in Milesburg in 1986. Harry was a veteran having served in the US Army.
Harry was of the Protestant faith. He was a member of the Milesburg American Legion Post 893, Bellefonte Elks Club #1094 and Bellefonte Moose Club #206. Harry enjoyed camping, playing cards, and trips to the casinos. Most of all he enjoyed spending time with his family.
A casual gathering to celebrate Harry's life for friends and family will be held this Saturday, March 13, 2021, 1:00 p.m. at Harry's Alignment in Milesburg.
Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
