Amy L. (Smoyer) Krasinski, 55, of Julian, died on January 13, 2019 after an extended battle with cancer. She was born on November 30, 1963 in Bellefonte, the daughter of Charlette F. (Sampsell) Smoyer of Bellefonte and the late Sterling Smoyer. On June 20, 2006 she married John Krasinski, who survives. Also surviving are her two daughters, Heather (Fred) Vigeant of Carlisle, and Sara Kelley of Bellefonte; the children of her husband: Jacqueline (James) Condon, Laura (Chris) Maney, Brian (Kris) Krasinski, and Lisa (Mark) Knepp; one grandson, Freddie Vigeant; two sisters, Alice (Dennis) McGregor of Runville, and Audrey (Fred) Lingle of Aaronsburg; and three brothers, Alan (Deb) Smoyer of Ridgeland, SC, Andrew (Wendy) Smoyer of Milesburg, and Aaron (Kim) Smoyer of Windsor, CO; and numerous nieces and nephews. Amy was a graduated of Bald Eagle Area High School and The Pennsylvania State University. Amy worked as the Assistant Director of Programming at WPSU (previously WPSX) at Penn State University and retired after 25 years of service. During her retirement, she enjoyed traveling the world with her husband and spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoyed quilting, sewing, and tracing her family ancestry. She was a member of the Bellefonte Elks, Milesburg Legion, and Grassflat Moose. Amy was a loving wife, daughter, sister, mother, Grammie, and friend who will be greatly missed. Services will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Centre County PAWS, 1401 Trout Road, State College, PA 16801, or to your local fire company. Arrangements are under the direction of the Dean K.
